This photo shows the contrast about how we feel about animals when we are young to how we will be expected to treat them when we are older.
The young know only love of animals until the preceding generation teaches them to discriminate among them. They will grow up and teach the next generation the same.
Most of us have once cheered for Wilbur in Charlotte's Web or innocently petted a farm animal, only to be taught later that it is okay to put tags through their body, confine, mutilate, steal their young, and kill them if it serves our use.
Break the cycle of oppression and violence by being the generation that ends animal suffering.
